The Junior League of Houston, Inc.'s 2027 – 2028 Volunteer and Budget Request Form is for those organizations that are a part of the League's Community Program. The form is due electronically by Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
Please have the following available in PDF format to upload:
- Link to Board of Directors or Trustees listing
- Current organizational operating budget
- Budget for specific program/project to be funded
- Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Form 990 for the most recent fiscal year
- Link to Audited financials for the most recent fiscal year
- Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Tax Determination Letter
Please note the application must be completed in one sitting; the form does not allow you to save an in-progress application. Applications will not be accepted via mail, fax, hand-delivery or email.
